Combined Technologies, Inc (CTI), is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.  CTI started its Knoxville based small business as an engineering consulting company in 1997.  Its clients were in the nuclear utility industry supporting TVA, Entergy, and Southern Company(s). 

In 2005 CTI branched into providing environmental services that specialized in abatement and removing hazardous material from Department of Energy and NRC nuclear facilities.  Specifically, it has performed work on the Y12 NSAA and ETTP DOE work sites in Oak Ridge Tennessee, as well as the PORTs DOE site in Piketon, OH.  It has also provided its environmental services on the NRC regulated General Electric facility located in  Morris, Illinois.  CTI's cost for supporting these projects has ranged from $370K to $2 million dollars, which have ranged from four to sixteen months in duration.

CTI holds Tennessee (TN) professional engineering licenses in the areas of electrical, civil and structural engineering.   In 2006 it became a TN licensed general contractor with an abatement and hazardous material removal specialty.  CTI has the insurances, bonding, equipment and trained personnel necessary to perform these specialized services.  Since 2008, CTI has been awarded or supported four General Contractor Work Tasks ranging in value from $100K to $2 Million dollars for B&W Technical Services, all of which were successful. 

CTI holds its own FOCI and its personnel have the appropriate clearances, qualifications and licenses to perform their work.  CTI carries all required insurances and is able to bond its work.  CTI has a Quality Assurance Program as well as a Health and Safety and Substance Abuse Employee programs.  CTI has over 15 years of operation without a recordable or lost day accident and always puts Safety First!
